Autumn Tang'

YOU WILL NEED:
- 60ml gold or dark rum
- 30 ml RamTang' Lemon Cello
- 90 ml Fresh apple juice (preferably unsweetened)
- 15 ml Maple syrup
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes
Garnish:
- Cinnamon stick
- Dried apple slice
METHOD:
- Prepare the shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Mix the ingredients: Add the rum, RamTang' Lemon Cello, fresh apple juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon to the shaker.
- Shake it up: Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
- Strain and serve: Strain the mixture into a rocks glass or tumbler filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish: Top the cocktail with a cinnamon stick and a dried apple slice for a perfect fall-inspired finish.
