Cider Punch

3 MIN • SERVES 4

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 440 ml Dry Cider
  • 40 ml RamTang' Lemon Cello
  • 40 ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 250 ml Sparkling Water (add more if desired)
  • Lemon & lime wedges
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Ice cubes

METHOD:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Gather all your cocktail ingredients, including any spirits, mixers, or garnishes.
  2. Start by: Half-fill a 1-liter glass jug with ice cubes.
  3. Then: Pour in the dry cider, RamTang' Lemon Cello, and elderflower cordial.
  4. Next: Squeeze the juice from lemon and lime wedges into the jug, then drop the wedges in.
  5. Add: a handful of fresh mint leaves, raspberries, and blackberries.
  6. Finally: Pour in the sparkling water to fill the jug. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  7. To serve: Pour the punch into RamTang' water glasses filled with ice.
