Kentucky Tang'

YOU WILL NEED:
- 30ml bourbon
- 30ml Lemon RamTang’
- 2-3 dashes of orange bitters
- 1 large square ice cube
- Blood orange peel (for garnish)
METHOD:
- Mix the ingredients: In a mixing glass, combine 30ml bourbon, 30ml Lemon RamTang’, and a few dashes of orange bitters.
- Stir: Add ice to the mixing glass and stir well for 15-20 seconds until chilled.
- Serve: Strain the mixture into a whisky glass over a large square ice cube.
- Garnish: Twist a strip of blood orange peel on a cocktail stick and place it on the rim of the glass.
